Chapter 5. Why do I drink only distilled water

In this book, when I talk about fasting, I always been saying: "Do not take absolutely nothing, even the fruit or vegetable juice, and drink only distilled water."

In my opinion, this is not the best option. Try to drink only distilled water for a year, and you'll never want another. Fasting drink anything other than distilled water.
